Collab with New Terrain Brewing. Sour brewed with pineapple, pistachio, and Fior di Panna. It takes inspiration from the Midwestern classic known as Watergate Salad. A little fruity, uniquely creamy, and just a bit nutty.
Brewed with the buds at Lone Tree Co. The "naked" version of the Outback Bramble made with a yeast similar to champagne yeast, leaving this beer very dry and bubbly. Also used Fonio- an ancient African grain. Highly carbed and easy drinking.
One of our personal favorite Seedstock beers, this dark lager is copper in color with a thick, off-white head. It has a slight chocolate aroma with a delicious peppery hop taste. Finishes fresh, crisp and clean.
Straw light gold appearance with soft honey and hop aroma. Balanced malt flavor with a medium bitterness from noble hops.
East drinking lager with all American ingredients. The base is Pevic malt from Trubador Malting out in Fort Collins. Also included is a bit of blue corn from Root Shoot Malting and rice solids. Touch of German hops and our base house lager yeast. Light and bright with a soft maltiness.
Mosaic hop provides generous aroma of tangerine and grapefruit. Medium body, tropical citrus hop notes with moderate bitterness to create a sessionable beer.
Straw-yellow in color with a thick white head. Complex and distinct pilsner aroma. Balanced bitterness with a clean, dry finish.
Pilsner made with a mix of mosaic, simcoe, citra, and a heavy dose of strata. A lovely balanced lager with soft bitterness and a delightful fruit aroma, perfect for a hot sweaty summer day.
Slightly cloudy in appearance with a delightful smell of cold strawberry rhubarb pie with cream. You'll taste tart strawberry with an overall soft mouthfeel. We call this beer a happy dance in your mouth.
