New copper in color with a slightly tart and citrus aroma. Czech Kazbek hops provides an earthy spiciness combined with a slight citrus flavor. Has a moderate hop bitterness at the finish. Pairs well with conversation.
This is our 'No Coast' style IPA. Mosaic hop provides generous aroma of tangerine and grapefruit. Medium body, tropical citrus hop notes with moderate bitterness to create a sessionable beer. Pairs well with a comfortable chair.
Named the 38th Best Beer of All Time by Beer Connoisseur Magazine, our Seedstock's altbier is brewed in the ‘Dusseldorf’ tradition/style, meaning it's less sweet and more bitter than Northern German style alt. It has a clean, malty aroma with a very slight hint of fruitiness. It is assertive in its hop bitterness and balanced by a clean, bready malt character. The long-lasting, dry finish makes it a very sessionable beer. Pairs well with talking to your dog.
One of our personal favorite Seedstock beers, this lager is dark copper in color with a thick, off-white head. It has a slight chocolate aroma with a delicious peppery hop taste. Finishes fresh, crisp and clean.
We brewed this traditional Baltic Porter with the cold Baltic Sea in mind. This beer is brown in color with reddish, copper hues. It has an aroma of dark cherries and figs, with a malty-sweet taste that finishes with an aged warmth. This cozy, warm blanket of a beer should be enjoyed with friends.
Our traditional German-style Kolsch shines with a light golden color and has a slight malty aroma. It has crisp bread notes, very slight fruitiness with soft bitterness.
Our German-style Amber Kellerbier is light copper in color with a rich, malty-sweet aroma. The initial flavor has a hint of sweetness, but it finishes dry with very slight bitterness. The perle hops does an excellent job of balancing this deliciously malty beer. Pairs well with neighborhood friends.
A slight twist on our Northern German beer style popular 300 years ago. Light yellow in color, a generous amount of wheat delivers nice mouthfeel balanced by slight tartness and a touch of huckleberry with a crisp finish. French hops provide a pleasant backbone for this refreshing beer.
We brewed this beer in collaboration with our friends at the Brew Hut. This saison has an aroma of bright, sweet citrus and has a pale orange hue. The aroma gives way to a mouthful of sweet orange, but finishes with fresh lime zest thanks to the use of Motueka hops. Pairs well with a backyard BBQ.
Our sessionable pale ale is copper in color and has a prominent hop aroma. The Pilsner malt lends to a light and sweet mouthfeel. It finishes with notes of warm grapefruit.
