Collab with New Terrain Brewing. Sour brewed with pineapple, pistachio, and Fior di Panna. It takes inspiration from the Midwestern classic known as Watergate Salad. A little fruity, uniquely creamy, and just a bit nutty.
Brewed with the buds at Lone Tree Co. The "naked" version of the Outback Bramble made with a yeast similar to champagne yeast, leaving this beer very dry and bubbly. Also used Fonio- an ancient African grain. Highly carbed and easy drinking.
One of our personal favorite Seedstock beers, this dark lager is copper in color with a thick, off-white head. It has a slight chocolate aroma with a delicious peppery hop taste. Finishes fresh, crisp and clean.
East drinking lager with all American ingredients. The base is Pevic malt from Trubador Malting out in Fort Collins. Also included is a bit of blue corn from Root Shoot Malting and rice solids. Touch of German hops and our base house lager yeast. Light and bright with a soft maltiness.
