Collab with Barrels and Bottles A unique beer using 50% oats. A mix of Root Shoot Pilsner, and malted oats with an addition of flaked and golden naked oats. A fun play on a lager with notes of cereal sweetness and hops to keep the beer superbly balanced and drinkable. Highly recommended giving this a taste.

Collab with Broken Hops Brewing. Deep black with mahogany hue. Aroma of pine resin, baker's chocolate, and herbal/white pepper. Light hop bitterness paired with a subtle roasted barley flavor. A perfect blend of a West Coast IPA and Schwarzbier with a beautiful balance between malts and hops.

This is our "No Coast" style IPA. Mosaic hop provides generous aroma of tangerine and grapefruit. Medium body, tropical citrus hop notes with moderate bitterness to create a sessionable beer.
Slightly cloudy in appearance with a delightful smell of cold strawberry rhubarb pie with cream. You'll taste tart strawberry with an overall soft mouthfeel. We call this beer a happy dance in your mouth!
Collab with Los Dos Potrillos Cerveceria. Brewed with extra pale Pilsner malt and malted corn, using Bru-1 and Citra hops. Wonderful aromatics of citrus and a touch of dank. The lager yeast leaves this beer exceptionally balanced and drinkable.
Pale copper in color. The oats and flaked barley give this beer a wonderful mouthfeel. Rich in flavor with a subtle caramel, chocolate, and cold brewed coffee.
Collab with Los Dos Potrillos. Made similar to a German Pilsner but using two different hops. Harmonie, a Czech hop, has a wonderful taste of lemon zest- and Callista, a German hop, has notes of fruit. Both are still noble hops and adds to the uniqueness of the beer.
